Delivery Information

We offer free delivery to most UK zones. However, if your order falls within a surcharged area, such as the Scottish Highlands and Islands, additional postage fees will apply and will be calculated at checkout.

By default, all our tool chests are dispatched using an economy freight service, with delivery typically taking 2–3 working days. For customers needing faster delivery, we also offer a premium next-day service, which can be selected at checkout for an additional fee.

To keep you informed, all customers will receive regular updates via email and SMS regarding their delivery. Once your order reaches the local depot, you will be notified with a 2-hour delivery window. To ensure a smooth process, please double-check that your email address and mobile phone number are entered correctly at checkout.

Our tool chests are securely packaged and delivered on a pallet to ensure they reach you in excellent condition. In the rare event that your chest is damaged during transit, we kindly ask you to take clear photographs of the pallet as it is being unloaded. This will assist us in identifying when the damage occurred and allow us to resolve the issue promptly with our courier.
