1. Order Acceptance and Amendment

Factory Image Racing reserves the right to reject or modify any order with incorrect postal charges for the designated delivery address.

2. Availability of Printed Clothing

Printed clothing is typically readily available from our suppliers. However, if there are any unforeseen delays affecting your order, we will promptly contact you. Such delays may extend the delivery time by up to an additional 5 working days.

3. Postal Charges

At Factory Image Racing, we provide an extensive range of courier services, striving to deliver all orders promptly. We retain the right to adjust shipping fees before, during, or after the order process. While we make every effort to minimize such changes, we'll promptly notify you if they impact your order.

4. International Shipping

Delivery costs for addresses outside of the UK mainland will be determined upon receiving the order. If you wish to inquire about prices for alternative addresses before finalizing your order, please contact us at Info@factoryimageracing.com, and we will assist you.

5. Responsibility for Delivery Details

Factory Image Racing is not liable for incorrect delivery details and instructions provided during checkout, which may result in refused delivery, delivery to the wrong recipient, return to sender (RTS), or loss of the order. The customer will bear all charges and costs associated with any such situations, including but not limited to re-delivery costs, return to sender costs, and change of address fees.

In cases of Return to Sender (RTS) circumstances, the customer is responsible for covering the full postage cost, regardless of the order's value. If a customer requests a refund after an RTS, the postage fee will be deducted from the final order value. The customer will also be responsible for any additional re-postage costs incurred.
