SHIPPING POLICY

Factory Image Racing reserves the right to reject or amend ANY order that has incorrect postal charges for the stated
delivery address.

Printed clothing is rarely subject to availability from a third party. If this effects your order, we will contact you ASAP and let you know. This can add up to an additional 5 working days to the delivery time.

U.K. mainland only. Excludes Ireland, Islands, and Scottish Highlands.

Northern Ireland

  • Orders Over £50 - Next Day Delivery - £18.00
  • Orders Under £50 - Next Day Delivery - £25.00
  • Orders Over £50 - 2 Day Delivery - £8.00
  • Orders Under £50 - 2 Day Delivery - £15.00

Delivery costs for addresses outside of the UK mainland will be determined upon receiving the order. If you would like to check prices for alternative addresses before submitting your order please email Info@factorimageracing.com

Factory Image Racing is not responsible for incorrect delivery details & instructions provided at checkout, which could result in, refused delivery, incorrect order recipient, Return to sender (RTS) and loss of order. The customer will be subject to ALL charges and cost that may be encountered in any of the given situations. Charges may include but are not limited to, Re-delivery cost, return to sender cost and change of address fee. In Return to sender ‘RTS’ circumstances, the customer is liable to pay the companies full postage cost regardless of the order value. In the event a customer requests a refund after an RTS, the postage fee will be deducted from the final order value. The customer will also be liable to any
additional re postage costs.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

  • We accept no responsibility for incorrectly ordered parts after they have been fitted.
  • Please check all spares against old parts removed, (especially engine spares) to be 100% sure they are correct. Once fitted or used, we will accept no returns for a refund or an exchange.
  • Refunds: Will be made depending on how payment was originally made.
  • Should you not be 100% satisfied with your goods from Factory Image Racing, you may return the item in its original condition, along with the original intact undamaged packaging and your sales invoice, together with a returns note within seven days of purchase for a full refund, less the carriage costs.
  • Only genuine manufacturing faults will be accepted, Products that are returned due to customer abuse will be rejected.
  • Personalised and custom items are NON-REFUNDABLE. No exceptions.
  • Returned goods will only be credited if they cannot be repaired or replaced by a similar product.
  • If an item is found to be faulty we will offer a replacement FOC however, if you sourced a replacement item from else where you may be subject to a 20% handling fee.
  • "No Fault Found" goods will be held for 14 days awaiting your collection after this point Factory Image Racing reserve the right to dispose of any unclaimed UN collected items.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange any item please use the returns/exchange slip. Remember to include post and packaging costs to cover your exchange.
  • WE DO NOT operate any sale or return policies.
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping expenses under all circumstances. Unless the product has been incorrectly packed or sent.
  • Some goods are supplied with a manufacturer's warranty. The reseller may need to contact the manufacturer directly with warranty claims. Factory Image Racing will use reasonable endeavours to assist the reseller with warranty claims.
  • Items returned after 28 days will occur a minimum 20% restocking charge on the cost of the item, this will be deducted from your refund.
  • We reserve the right to reject any returns after 28 days.
  • Failure to return goods in the original packaging will result in a minimum 15% re-packing fee being charged.
  • NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNTIL GOODS ARE RECIEVED BACK AND CHECKED.
